CG212 is suitable for low-density or conventional-density cement slurry systems with strong dispersibility, especially for 1.2~1.6g/cm³ low-density cement slurry.
It has a significant thickening effect on cement slurry, effectively enhancing the suspension stability of the cement slurry system and preventing sedimentation.
The low-density cement slurry system has good thickening performance and good cement stone strength development.

SUMMARY

CG212 fluid loss additive is a synthetic polymer which is capable of effectively reducing water loss filtering from the slurry to porous formation during cementing process.
Specially designed for lightweight cement slurry system (1.2-1.6g/cm3) and normal density cement slurry with strong dispersity.
Generate thickening effect on cement slurry, enhance its suspension stability and prevent sedimentation.
The lightweight cement slurries applied with FLA CG212 products exhibit good thickening performance.
Fast compressive strength development of set cement.
Used below temperature of 180℃(356℉, BHCT).
Applicable mixing water: fresh water.
Compatible with other additives.
CG212 series consists of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid, S-P type high purity powder, S-D type dry-mixed powder and S-T type.

STANDARD PACKAGING AND STORAGE

The liquid type products should be used within 12 months after production. Packed in 25kg, 200L and 5 US gallon plastic barrels.
S-P/D type powder products should be used within 24 months and S-T type powder product should be used within 18 months after production. Packed in20kg bag.
Customized packages are also available.
Once expired, it shall be tested before use.
