Salt-resistant and accelerating type fluid loss additive CG610L can control water loss in supersaturated salt water cement slurry system, shorten thickening time, and develop cement strength quickly, thus meeting the safety requirements of on-site construction.
Difficulties
During cementing construction in highly mineralized oil formations, excessively high salt concentrations lead to a long thickening time for cement slurry and slow strength development. The cementing fluid loss additives currently used in China generally have the defect of poor salt resistance and cannot meet the cementing needs of supersaturated brine cement slurry systems.
Features of the anti-salt accelerating type fluid loss additive-CG610L:
Ø The special molecular structure makes it resistant to high concentration salt.
Ø Short thickening time and fast strength development.
Ø Good compatibility with other additives.
Ø High temperature resistance up to 180℃.
Ø Good system stability, meeting the safety requirements of on-site construction.
